I added the red background for the preview
the frame itself has no inner color, it is in PNG format

this script makes 3 balloons with the bows and strings
you pick the color, gradient, or pattern
Script was tested in version 8.1 -UX2
remember to read the instructions that are included on the zip file
no outside filters are used for this script
